Centerboard drill out

The centerboard had original holes. The larger one is the 1/2" hole for the centerboard pin. The smaller hole near the edge is for an up haul line. The up haul line only goes through the centerboard, it doesn't go through the end.
This hole needs a perpendicular hole for the up haul line. It will go through the perpendicular hole, then be tied off.

In the photo below, you can see that I've filled it with epoxy filled with micro balloons and a bit of colloidal silica.
They will be drilled back out larger.
