Centerboard drilling, etc.

I think I forgot to mention that packing tape is a great way to cover holes that you want to fill. I did that the night before. Now I could drill it out.

Again, I put the piece of wood down in the trunk to stop tear out, even though I don't think it would tear out. Just being cautious.
